Gift Card- Terms& Conditions

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions of the Gift Card at any time and for any reason. We will alert you if any changes are made in the “Last updated” date of the terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

Purchase: This gift card entitles the registered user to purchase merchandise from our website www.copper-red.com.

Registration: The recipient of the gift card needs to register on copper-red.com if not already registered to redeem the gift card.

Redemption Policy: This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

Validity Period: The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The validity of gift cards cannot be extended, nor can new gift cards be issued against the expired/unused gift cards. This card is valid only on copper-red.

Refund Policy: Unused amounts on this gift card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Goods purchased using this gift card can be exchanged as per the store's regular exchange policy.

Transfer and Replacement: This gift card is not transferable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Updates: Any changes will be updated on the company's official website and will apply to all gift cards issued after the modification date.

Gift Card Value: If the invoice value exceeds the gift card value, the customer must pay the balance amount. The gift card value must be redeemed in one order. Any remaining balance on the gift card will not be carried forward for subsequent purchases.

Terms and Conditions: Copper-red shall not be held liable for any unauthorized and fraudulent purchases made using this gift card. The person presenting the gift card is the actual and intended beneficiary of the gift voucher and shall not be required to verify whether the person presenting the gift card for redemption is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, in no event shall the liability of copper-red for any claims arising under this gift card exceed the value of the gift card.
