Refund Eligibility
We gladly accept requests for refunds under the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description on our website, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Change of Mind: Even if you simply change your mind about a purchase, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Size or Fit Issues: If the item you ordered doesn't fit as expected, we'll gladly accept returns and offer you a full refund or an exchange for a different size.
How to Initiate a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos that can help us understand the problem.
- Confirmation: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Process
If your refund request is approved, follow these steps to complete the return process:
- Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and tags.
- Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or instructions on where to send the item.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Personalized or customized items
- Items returned without prior communication and authorization from our customer support team
